We are excited to share the first newsletter of the KA220 EDU.CIRCULAR project -
an initiative dedicated to empowering secondary schools and communities with
innovative tools and methodologies that promote the Circular Economy.
Over the course of 24 months, the project brings together partners from Spain,
Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Türkiye, and Estonia to co-create meaningful,
sustainable learning experiences. Through capacity-building activities, digital
innovation, and international collaboration, EDU.CIRCULAR aims to foster a new
generation of educators and learners committed to sustainability.
In this first edition, readers will discover the project’s goals, early outcomes, and
highlights from the first transnational training held in Katerini, Greece. The newsletter
also offers insights into the next steps of the project — including the development of
lesson plans, XR-based learning activities, and the integration of the Whole School
Approach for embedding circular practices in education.
