1) Dissemination of effective policies and practices of non-formal education in Bulgaria;
2) Informing educational institutions about innovative tendencies, problems, and possible solutions in non-formal education of young people and adults on the basis of analysis and evaluation of current national and international research, wide and effective general dialogue, effective partnership for effective cooperation;
3) Raising the awareness of society and institutions about non-formal education, modern innovations, and best world practices in the preparation of quality programs and courses for the development of the students in the field of science, digital and personal skills;
4) Drafting of policies in the field of non-formal education to support "native" transcendental talents and authentic activities, as well as education through sports and experience for building personalities who will be able to develop their desired capacity and talent in life to benefit society.
5) Awareness of the sports sector, as well as the cultural sector about non-formal education and the possibility to build sectoral links in both formal and non-formal education;
6) Dissemination of the current European policies in education, sports, and culture, as well as the possibilities for funding projects in these domains to support the education, sports, and arts sectors in relation to their innovative development.
Alda Association has supported different inivitaives and programs enhancing cooperation between schools and sports clubs at local level and in backward communities in the country.
The Association has an experiences in local youth programs related to STEM sports in which municipal schools are partnering with sports clubs towards the elaboratation of spors-scientific programs aiming simulatnuously engagement in sport and education. One of the main aims of the programs that the association’s members took part during the years of its existence as an informal group of people and as an officially established NGO was to increase sports participation while enhancing youth scientific, digital and technological skills.
Currently in Bulgaria only about 3% of youth are engaged in such programs and this Alda Association recognised its role as a mediator who assist the student-athletes for personal development aiming to become Euroepan citiziens equiped with knowledge and skills.

Our team combines people from different backgrounds who have a variety of skills in the fields of management, accounting, marketing and training. The team has these skills and expertise and experiences as:
Networking for education, sports and cultural activities;
Promoting entrepreneurship, sustainable thinking and living;
Sharing experiences;
Creating educational materials and guidelines;
Establishing and promoting a good communication between project partners and related organisations;
Disseminating initiatives results and engaging wide audience.
